Compal and Verda expand AI infrastructure production partnership
Compal Electronics and Verda are scaling their collaboration to support global AI cloud infrastructure through expanded manufacturing and high-performance server deployment.

Compal Electronics and Verda have announced an expansion of their partnership, focusing on the production and deployment of AI-ready infrastructure. The collaboration leverages Compal’s manufacturing facilities in Taiwan and the United States to support the rapid growth of Verda’s global AI cloud services.
Central to this initiative is the deployment of Compal’s SGX30-2 server platform, which utilizes NVIDIA HGX B300 systems featuring Blackwell Ultra GPUs. These systems are designed to handle high-density AI workloads, providing the necessary computing foundation for Verda’s scaling operations. The geographic distribution of manufacturing sites is intended to improve supply chain agility for deployments in the EMEA, Asia, and North American regions.
Verda’s CTO, Arturs Polis, stated that the partnership allows the company to scale operations reliably in response to increasing market demand. Alan Chang, Vice President at Compal, noted that the company’s recent investments in production capacity are designed to assist clients in transitioning from initial AI development to full-scale infrastructure implementation.
The companies will showcase their integrated solutions at GTC Berlin 2026, where they will discuss the role of regional manufacturing and cloud-ready hardware in accelerating global AI adoption.
