Shenzhen Creality 3D Technology developed the Ender-5 series to offer a cube-frame alternative to its established Ender-3 line of desktop 3D printers. The series consists of three distinct models, each targeting different levels of performance and capacity.
The base Ender-5 model features a build volume of 220 x 220 x 300 mm. The Ender-5 Pro iteration introduces hardware upgrades, including a silent mainboard with TMC2208 drivers, a reinforced metal extruder frame, and high-quality Capricorn Bowden PTFE tubing. These adjustments are intended to enhance print precision and improve compatibility with flexible filaments.
Ender-5 Plus serves as the high-capacity option within the series, offering a significantly larger build volume of 350 x 350 x 400 mm. This model differentiates itself further from the base and Pro versions by incorporating pre-installed BLTouch automatic bed leveling and a 4.3-inch touch screen interface, streamlining the setup process for larger manufacturing tasks.
