Competition Expert Dr. Kevin Pflum Joins The Brattle Group as Principal

The Brattle Group has appointed Dr. Kevin Pflum as a Principal in its Washington, D.C. office, strengthening its Antitrust & Competition and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices. Dr. Pflum is a competition economist and testifying expert with over 15 years of experience. He has advised clients on complex antitrust disputes, merger reviews, and government enforcement actions throughout his career. Before joining The Brattle Group, Dr. Pflum was a Partner at an economics consultancy in Washington, D.C. He has experience serving both plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust litigation. His background also includes advising on competition matters in sectors such as software, building materials, airlines, and cable television. Prior to his consultancy role, Dr. Pflum held an academic position as an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Alabama.
