Conapto issues 500 million SEK in bonds

Data center solutions provider Conapto Holding AB announced it has issued additional bonds with a total nominal amount of 500 million Swedish kronor during the second quarter of 2026. The issuance is part of the company's framework of up to 2,000 million kronor, with a maturity date set for June 2028.
The company also reported the completion of the expansion for its Stockholm 4 South facility during the April-June period. Development of Stockholm 5 North has progressed, and capacity expansion at Stockholm 3 North has commenced.
Proceeds from the bond issuance are designated for general corporate purposes and costs associated with the company's data center operations. Conapto provides high-performance and secure data center solutions for enterprise clients across the Nordic region.
