Connected Nation Aims for Guinness World Record in Digital Skills Drive
Connected Nation (CN) is organizing a 25-hour live stream featuring digital skills training on September 24-25, aiming to achieve a Guinness World Record and promote digital inclusion in Kentucky.

Connected Nation (CN) is launching an attempt to set a Guinness World Records title for the longest internet literacy live stream. The event, "25 Hours. One Connected World," will take place September 24-25 in Louisville, Kentucky, aiming to deliver 25 consecutive hours of digital skills training accessible globally.
This initiative highlights the importance of digital inclusion and aims to enhance online literacy, crucial for participation in an increasingly digital economy. The event also marks CN's 25th anniversary and seeks to secure Kentucky's first "Record of Good" designation, recognizing significant positive societal impact.
The live stream will feature expert-led sessions on topics ranging from basic internet use and online safety to workforce development tools and emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. The broadcast will require continuous viewership of at least 50 participants to qualify for the record.
AT&T has joined as a lead collaborator. CN is also calling on communities, businesses, and individuals to participate as community host sites, partners, or online viewers, aiming to demonstrate how digital empowerment can be led from Kentucky.
