Constellation Cold Logistics Acquires Impruv Logistics AS in Norway

Constellation Cold Logistics has acquired Impruv Logistics AS, a Norwegian company specializing in cold storage and food logistics. The acquisition significantly strengthens Constellation's presence in Norway, adding 25,000 temperature-controlled pallet positions and bringing its total capacity in the country to 90,000.

The newly developed Impruv facility, located in Langangen near Porsgrunn, expands Constellation's Nordic platform. It is strategically positioned to serve food producers, importers, and distributors across the region. Impruv Logistics AS, founded by industry professionals, combines advanced cold storage infrastructure with a focus on operational efficiency and customer service.

With this transaction, Impruv becomes part of Constellation's broader European network of temperature-controlled logistics facilities. Jan Nielsen, Managing Director Nordics for Constellation, noted that Impruv's expertise and operational quality are valuable additions to the company's network. Morten Hagen Vanneviken, CEO of Impruv, expressed enthusiasm for the next phase of growth facilitated by Constellation's resources.

Constellation Cold Logistics operates across ten European countries, offering over 1.2 million pallet positions. This acquisition is part of the company's strategy to build a unified, market-leading European cold chain logistics network.
