Constellation Cold Logistics has acquired Norwegian company Impruv Logistics AS, significantly increasing its capacity and expanding its Nordic network. The deal strengthens its position in Norway.

Constellation Cold Logistics, a European provider of temperature-controlled storage and logistics, announced the acquisition of Impruv Logistics AS in Norway. This move strengthens Constellation's presence in the Norwegian market by adding 25,000 temperature-controlled pallet positions, bringing its total capacity in the country to 90,000, along with a robust transport network.
The newly acquired, strategically located facility in Langangen will expand Constellation's Nordic platform, serving food producers, importers, and distributors across the region. Impruv Logistics AS, founded by industry professionals, offers advanced cold storage infrastructure combined with operational efficiency and customer service.
"Impruv brings more to Constellation than just additional cold storage capacity. We have been highly impressed by the team's deep understanding of food logistics and the quality of the operation," said Jan Nielsen, Managing Director Nordics at Constellation. "We believe its industry expertise, customer-focused approach, and operational know-how will be a valuable contribution across our broader network."
Constellation, operating across ten countries with over 1.2 million pallet positions, aims to continuously enhance its European cold chain network. The acquisition aligns with the company's strategy to integrate local expertise with broader network resources to address customer logistics challenges.
