Construction Begins on 19-Story Residential Building in Sunnyside

Acre NY Realty has officially begun construction at 51-02 Roosevelt Avenue in Sunnyside, Queens. The project involves a new 19-story condominium building, with completion anticipated in 2026.

The development, led by Hiwin Group USA, will introduce 84 residential units to the area, comprising 70 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom homes. The building will also feature ground-floor retail and commercial office space, community medical facilities, residential recreation areas, and parking.

Hiwin Group USA's previous developments include the 16-story, 69-residence condominium at 300 West 30th Street in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, which reportedly sold out in nine months.

The 51-02 Roosevelt Avenue site is located near the 7 train line. The project is expected to bring a new architectural presence to Sunnyside and cater to the demand for well-located housing within New York City, offering accessibility and neighborhood amenities.
