DOTHAN, Ala. โ July 13, 2026 โ Construction Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROAD) announced today its acquisition of Ellsworth Construction, LLC, an asphalt manufacturing and construction business headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This acquisition marks the company's entry into new markets within two of the state's fastest-growing metropolitan areas.
Ellsworth Construction's operations include the production of hot-mix asphalt and construction services for public and private infrastructure projects, covering paving, sitework, and utility services. The company operates a hot-mix asphalt plant in Broken Arrow and has a permitted plant site in the Greater Oklahoma City area. The acquired operations will continue to function as a branded division under Construction Partners' Oklahoma platform company, Overland Corporation.
Fred J. Smith, III, President and CEO of Construction Partners, expressed satisfaction with the integration of the Ellsworth team.
