Construction Resources acquires The Jarrell Company to enter Texas market

Construction Resources has completed the acquisition of The Jarrell Company, a Dallas-based distributor specializing in luxury appliances, plumbing fixtures, and lighting. The deal marks the company’s entry into the Texas market, where The Jarrell Company has operated for over 75 years serving builders, designers, and contractors.

The Jarrell Company currently maintains operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and Lubbock. Eric Neel will remain as president alongside his existing leadership team to ensure continuity for clients.

Construction Resources CEO Mitch Hires stated that the company plans to invest in the growth of the newly acquired entity. This acquisition follows Construction Resources' own integration into The Home Depot, which acquired the business in December 2023 to bolster its capabilities in serving professional renovation and home-building clients.
