Consultancy enomyc partners with Ufenau Capital for expansion
Hamburg-based restructuring firm enomyc has entered a partnership with Swiss private equity group Ufenau Capital Partners to accelerate its growth and international reach.

Hamburg-based transformation and restructuring consultancy enomyc is pivoting toward a platform-based growth model following a partnership with Swiss investment firm Ufenau Capital Partners. The firm, which has operated for 24 years, intends to use the backing to scale its presence within the DACH region and enhance its international capabilities.
The consultancy aims to capture market share in the mid- and large-cap segments by addressing an increasing demand for rapid implementation in corporate restructuring. Management stated the shift is a response to volatile market conditions, which require more specialized, scalable advisory services than those traditionally offered by either boutique firms or large global consultancies.
Under the new structure, Julia Hammer will lead the group holding company, while founders Martin Hammer and Uwe Köstens remain in operational management roles. The partnership also incorporates a expanded group of equity partners, including several senior advisors, to decentralize leadership and encourage long-term development.
Ufenau Capital Partners will provide both capital and strategic guidance to support enomyc’s plans, which include the potential acquisition and integration of additional specialized firms. The deal marks a transition for enomyc from a single-firm structure toward a broader, multi-disciplinary advisory group.
