Indian consumer electronics manufacturer Lumio has raised $12 million in a Series A funding round. The investment, led by Blume Ventures, will support product expansion and retail growth.

Lumio, an Indian manufacturer of consumer electronics, has secured $12 million in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by Blume Ventures, with participation from existing backers Stellaris Venture Partners and 3one4 Capital.
The company plans to use the funds to further invest in its products and software, explore new categories, and enhance quality and after-sales support. Lumio also intends to expand its offline retail presence, allowing customers to experience its products before purchasing.
Established in 2024 by former Xiaomi India CBO Raghu Reddy and ex-Flipkart executive Kailash Sankaranarayanan, Lumio launched its first smart TV lineup in early 2025. The company has since expanded its hardware portfolio to include projectors and speakers, and claims to serve over 35,000 households across India.
Lumio competes in the Indian consumer electronics market against established players such as Samsung, LG, Sony, and Xiaomi. The market is projected to grow significantly, and Lumio aims to differentiate itself through software features and performance enhancements in its devices.
