Contour Airlines to Launch Direct Flights Between Dominica and Trinidad and Tobago

Contour Airlines is set to launch new direct flight service connecting Dominica's Douglas-Charles Airport (DOM) with Piarco International Airport (POS) in Trinidad and Tobago, commencing October 5, 2026.

The new route will operate twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays from Dominica to Trinidad, and Tuesdays and Fridays from Trinidad to Dominica. The airline also announced direct, single-plane service connecting San Juan (SJU) and Saint Thomas (STT) to Trinidad and Tobago.

This service is expected to significantly strengthen regional connectivity, offering travelers a more direct and convenient option between the islands. The airline stated the route will support growth in tourism, trade, and business activities in both markets.

"We are thrilled to continue expanding our network in the Caribbean," said Ben Munson, President of Contour Airlines. "This route enhances connectivity within the Eastern Caribbean, making travel easier for residents, businesses, and visitors alike."

Contour Airlines will operate the service using its fleet of 30-seat regional jets, which offer passengers extra legroom and complimentary snacks and beverages.
