Contrinex launches inductive sensors for up to 200 bar peak pressure
Contrinex has introduced new inductive sensors capable of withstanding peak pressures up to 200 bar. The devices are designed for continuously pressurized conditions and deep water environments.
Swiss-based Contrinex Sensor GmbH has launched a new series of inductive sensors designed to withstand peak pressures of up to 200 bar. The "EXTRA PRESSURE" sensors are intended for demanding industrial applications requiring reliable detection under high-pressure conditions.
The sensors are suitable for continuously pressurized environments and can tolerate pressures equivalent to depths of up to 1,000 meters of water. They feature stainless-steel housings and ceramic or sapphire-glass sensing faces, ensuring robustness and reliability in compact sizes.
Contrinex states that the new sensors offer exceptional reliability and are engineered for high-vacuum applications as well. They are available in various housing sizes, ranging from 3 mm in diameter to M8 thread.
The product line includes versions with standard outputs and options with an IO-Link interface for advanced communication and integration into automation systems. Contrinex aims to provide solutions that enhance process efficiency and safety in challenging industrial settings.
