Contrinex Launches Smart Spindle Travel Sensors
Contrinex Sensor GmbH has introduced new smart spindle travel sensors designed for precise monitoring during tool changes. The sensors feature digital teach-in functionality and IO-Link connectivity.
Contrinex Sensor GmbH has expanded its product line with the launch of new smart spindle travel sensors, aimed at enhancing the precision of tool change monitoring in machining processes.
The new sensors offer digital teach-in capabilities, allowing for the configuration of up to three switching points, providing users with flexibility in customizing monitoring parameters. The devices also support configurable analog curves and feature IO-Link connectivity for streamlined integration into existing automation systems.
In parallel, Contrinex is also introducing its new smart measurement sensors, DMS and AMS, designed for accurate measurement and reliable automation. The DMS models include configurable secondary outputs, while the AMS versions are equipped with dedicated analog outputs.
Additionally, the company has launched the Smart Camera 3D, a vision system intended for meticulous inspection of packaging in automated handling environments, ensuring correct fill levels.
