Contrinex releases inductive sensors rated for 200 bar pressure
Contrinex Sensor GmbH has introduced a range of inductive sensors designed for continuous operation in environments with pressures up to 200 bar.

Contrinex Sensor GmbH has expanded its industrial sensor portfolio with a new line of inductive sensors engineered to withstand constant pressure levels of up to 200 bar. These components are specifically designed for high-pressure environments, including underwater operations at depths reaching 1,000 meters.
The sensors feature stainless steel housings combined with sensing faces constructed from ceramic or sapphire glass. This design enables the sensors to function in compact spaces, with sizes ranging from 3 millimeters in diameter to M8 standard threads. The hardware is also compatible with high-vacuum applications, increasing its utility in specialized industrial processes.
Depending on the specific model, the units offer IO-Link interface compatibility, supporting data communication within automated systems. The series operates within a temperature range of -25 to +70°C and meets IP68 and IP69K enclosure standards for protection against moisture and environmental ingress.
