Contrinex sensors withstand up to 1000 bar peak pressure

Contrinex Sensor GmbH has launched a new series of inductive sensors capable of handling extreme pressure conditions. These sensors are suitable for continuous operation at 500 bar and can withstand peak pressures up to 1000 bar.
The new sensors are intended for demanding hydraulic and pneumatic applications where reliability and accuracy are essential. Constructed with stainless steel housings and rated IP 68 / IP 69K, they are built for durability in challenging environments.
Contrinex states that the sensors offer an extraordinary lifetime under pressure cycles. They are available with various connection options, including IO-Link, facilitating data communication and integration with automation systems.
The sensors come in different sizes and housing materials, such as V2A and V4A stainless steel. They are designed to detect small parts and are particularly suited for space-constrained applications, including piston control.
