Cooler Master Launches Elite Platinum 1000W Power Supply
Cooler Master has released its new ATX fully modular 80 PLUS Platinum certified power supply, the Elite Platinum 1000W. The unit supports ATX12V 3.1 and PCIe CEM 5.1 standards and comes with a 12-year warranty.
Cooler Master, a well-known manufacturer of computer components, has launched its new Elite Platinum 1000W power supply unit. This fully modular power supply is 80 PLUS Platinum certified and complies with the latest ATX12V 3.1 and PCIe CEM 5.1 specifications.
The new 1000W PSU features a standard 140mm length design and includes a native dual-color 12V-2x6 power connector. This connector is essential for powering the latest generation of high-performance graphics cards and other demanding components.
Internally, the power supply's PCB is protected by a three-proof coating and utilizes 100% Japanese capacitors to ensure reliability. It is equipped with a fluid dynamic bearing fan that features intelligent temperature control, capable of stopping at approximately 40% load to improve energy efficiency and reduce noise.
For enhanced system safety, the Elite Platinum 1000W incorporates six major circuit protection mechanisms. Cooler Master backs the unit with an extended 12-year warranty, signaling confidence in its durability. The series also includes other models ranging from 850W to 1300W, though detailed specifications for these are not yet fully disclosed.
