Cooler Master releases 3000W V Platinum power supply for workstations

Cooler Master has expanded its power supply unit (PSU) lineup with the introduction of the V Platinum 3000 Workstation. The unit, designed for high-end computing environments, is currently available in the Chinese market with a retail price of 5,999 yuan.

The hardware complies with the ATX12V 3.1 standard and features four 12V-2×6 output connectors to accommodate high-power draw components. The unit carries an 80 PLUS Platinum efficiency certification and measures 202mm in length. It employs a fully modular cabling system to assist with cable management in large chassis.

Internally, the power supply utilizes Japanese-made capacitors and is cooled by a 140mm FDB (Fluid Dynamic Bearing) fan. To ensure reliability, the unit is rated for industrial-grade protection against moisture, dust, and corrosion, supplemented by six integrated circuit protection mechanisms. The manufacturer provides a 12-year warranty for the product.
