Corem Divests Sollentuna Property for SEK 151 Million
Corem has signed an agreement to sell the Ringpärmen 6 property in Sollentuna for SEK 151 million. The property primarily comprises office and warehouse space.
Real estate company Corem has entered into an agreement to sell the property Ringpärmen 6 in Sollentuna for an underlying property value of SEK 151 million.
The property features approximately 8,000 square meters of leasable area, mainly consisting of office and warehouse space. It generates an annual rental income of approximately SEK 14 million and has an occupancy rate of about 81 percent.
Peeter Kinnunen, Head of Transactions at Corem, stated that the divestment supports a further focus and streamlining of the company's property portfolio.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024.
