Cosee Home Builds Year-Long Waitlist with Integrated Design and Build Services
Kristina Leigh Johnson's Cosee Home in West Texas has established a sought-after integrated design and build service, now facing a waitlist extending over a year.

Kristina Leigh Johnson, founder of Cosee Home in West Texas, has built a sought-after design-and-build operation with a waitlist that has extended past a year. The company is now rolling out a new platform aimed at streamlining the construction process.
The company's success is attributed to its fully integrated design approach, where clients are guided from initial vision through design, construction, interiors, and landscaping. "So we’re one-stop shopping for clients, and they have a constant advocate through the whole process," Johnson told Entrepreneur.
This integrated model contrasts with traditional home building, which often requires homeowners to manage multiple independent contractors, including builders, architects, interior designers, and landscapers. Cosee Home aims to simplify this by acting as a single point of contact and client advocate throughout all phases.
Johnson's lifelong passion for homes, which she attributes to experiences with building blocks like Legos, led her to found Cosee Home. The company provides a comprehensive service, managing all aspects of a client's home project to reduce the complexity and stress typically associated with construction.
