Among the recent actions, Walmart is recalling approximately 4.4 million Expert Grill brushes due to the potential for bristles to detach, posing an ingestion hazard. Dollar Tree Stores has recalled about 360,500 electric balloon pumps because of a burn hazard, following three reports of overheating, with one incident involving flames inside the unit and another reporting an explosion.
Gazelle USA is recalling nearly 1,032 Urban Arrow cargo electric bikes due to a fall hazard stemming from damage or wear to the saddle-seat post connection, with nine reports of such issues. Gobi Heat and Kobayashi are both recalling about 5,500 and 77,000 rechargeable hand warmers, respectively, due to fire and burn hazards.
Further recalls include Agrish and YunHeng's adult portable bed rails, which violate mandatory safety standards for adult portable bed rails and pose risks of entrapment, serious injury, or death. Designs Direct is recalling about 4,200 Cupcakes and Cashmere brand floor lamps due to fire and burn hazards, with 11 incident reports including two injuries. GBYMIUY is recalling approximately 10,750 magnetic stick figure toy sets due to the risk of serious injury or death from magnet ingestion, as they violate the mandatory standard for toys.
