Among the recalls, approximately 554,780 Greenworks Tools Kobalt 24V and 48V yard power tools with USB-C batteries are being recalled due to fire hazard risks. Reports indicate batteries have produced smoke, sparked, or caught fire during charging. Additionally, about 12,660 Cuisinart Propel+ four-burner gas grills are recalled due to laceration hazard risks, with one fire reported.
A recall was also issued for approximately 9,100 biometric gun safes sold exclusively on Amazon by BBRKIN, citing a risk of serious injury and death. Best Buy is recalling 3,820 Insignia gas ranges due to fire hazards, following a report of accidental knob activation. Additionally, 228 Moodooy bed rails were recalled due to entrapment and asphyxiation risks, as they violate mandatory safety standards for adult portable bed rails.
Seven WonderStone infant walkers are being recalled due to fall hazards posing a risk of serious injury or death, violating infant walker safety standards. Flaunt has recalled 1,400 Magsafe battery chargers following reports of fire and burn hazards. The CPSC also issued a warning for Meisinuo heated insoles, with 17 reports of fires and explosions leading to 15 burn injuries, some severe enough to require hospitalization.
