Crayfish BidCo gains title to Caverion's minority shares; shares to be delisted
Crayfish BidCo Oy has obtained title to Caverion Corporation's minority shares, leading to the delisting of Caverion shares from the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange. The acquisition follows a compulsory redemption process.

Crayfish BidCo Oy has completed the acquisition of Caverion Corporation's minority shares. The company has secured ownership of all remaining shares through a security posted with an arbitral tribunal. This action signifies that minority shareholders involved in the redemption proceedings are entitled to receive the redemption price and accrued interest.
Following Crayfish BidCo's acquisition and Caverion's application, Nasdaq Helsinki has approved the delisting of Caverion shares from its official list. The cessation of trading will take effect today, as per a separate announcement from Nasdaq Helsinki.
