Crédit Agricole is accelerating its artificial intelligence transformation and revamping its services for entrepreneurs. The banking group announced plans to invest close to €500 million in AI over the next three years.
The investments will focus on developing and operating the group's internal AI industrial foundations and fostering the use of European solutions. A company-wide "AI For All" initiative is being implemented to engage teams in this transformation.
The bank also launched "Pro by CA," a new range of all-in-one daily banking services designed for entrepreneurs. This offering aims to simplify and digitalize the banking experience for business owners, addressing evolving market demands for ease of use, digitalization, and transparency.
Recent press releases also indicate activity in employee share ownership, insights into younger generations' perspectives, and the repayment of specific senior non-preferred bonds, reflecting broader corporate and financial operations.
