Crédit Agricole Accelerates Artificial Intelligence Deployment

Crédit Agricole S.A. has announced steps to accelerate the deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) throughout its operations. Olivier Biton, Director of Technological Transformation at Crédit Agricole S.A. and CEO of Crédit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform, detailed the strategy, which includes the "AI for All" initiative and the creation of a new entity, Crédit Agricole Artificial Intelligence.

The newly formed Crédit Agricole Artificial Intelligence aims to build the technological foundations necessary for large-scale AI implementation within the banking group. This initiative is designed to standardize and scale AI solutions across different business units, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

The "AI for All" initiative focuses on democratizing AI access for employees, providing them with tools and training. The objective is to enhance understanding of AI's capabilities and encourage its adoption in daily tasks and customer service.
