Crédit Agricole Assurances Offers Over 160 Apprenticeship Positions

Crédit Agricole Assurances, France's largest insurance provider and Europe's leading bancassurer, has announced it will offer over 160 "alternance" contracts, a type of apprenticeship or work-study program, for the upcoming academic year. Applications are scheduled to open in late March and continue through April.

The company is seeking candidates for roles requiring a Bac +2 to Bac +5 level of higher education across various fields. These include positions in insurance, actuarial science, finance, IT, data & AI, digital, financial engineering, projects, claims management, business development, marketing, legal, accounting, communication, risk, compliance, and human resources. Openings will be available throughout France.

The recruitment process involves two stages: an initial interview, held either in person or remotely, with a manager or tutor, followed by a video interview with an HR representative. In 2022, the company reported that over 49% of its apprentices continued their professional careers within the group, securing fixed-term or permanent contracts after their apprenticeship concluded.
