Crédit Agricole Assurances rebrands subsidiaries following acquisition
Crédit Agricole Assurances has renamed Axeria Vie and April Patrimoine to Spirica and LifeSide Patrimoine as part of its ongoing integration strategy.
Crédit Agricole Assurances has renamed its subsidiaries Axeria Vie and April Patrimoine to Spirica and LifeSide Patrimoine, respectively. The rebranding follows the group's acquisition of the two firms at the end of 2010.
The renaming effort aims to align the entities with the Crédit Agricole Assurances brand identity while clarifying their specific market roles. Spirica is designated to serve as the group's life insurance arm for high-volume partnerships, while LifeSide Patrimoine will function as an open-architecture distribution platform for savings and retirement products.
CEO Jérôme Grivet stated that the move signals the group's commitment to alternative distribution channels and product innovation. The integration process, completed within six months of the initial acquisition, is intended to expand Crédit Agricole’s presence in the wealth management sector.
