Crédit Agricole Assurances announced its full-year 2024 results, driven by record revenue and significant net profit growth. The company expanded its operations both domestically and internationally.

Crédit Agricole Assurances has reported its financial results for the full year 2024, highlighting record revenue and a substantial increase in net profit. The company's revenue reached 43.6 billion euros, marking a 17.2% increase compared to the previous year. The net profit grew by 11.5% to 1.96 billion euros.
In a statement, CEO Nicolas Denis noted that increased protection needs amidst global uncertainties have boosted the company's activity across all business lines. Growth was observed both in France and internationally. Customer satisfaction rates remained high, with 97% in savings/pensions and 91% in property and casualty insurance. The company also emphasized its commitment to societal missions, including the launch of a new debt fund for financing low-carbon projects.
The company continued to enhance its digital customer pathways in 2024. In property and casualty insurance, a new home insurance offer was launched, favoring repair or the use of refurbished appliances and electronics in case of damage. Crédit Agricole Assurances also established the "Fonds Euro Objectif Climat" through its subsidiary Spirica, aimed at financing the ecological transition.
Furthermore, Crédit Agricole Assurances strengthened its greenhouse gas emission reduction targets for its investment portfolios and revised its sector policy for oil and gas. As a significant investor in renewable energy, the company signed an agreement in September 2024 for the development of a new 20,000 sqm office building in Paris, targeting high environmental certifications.
