Crédit Agricole S.A. has announced strong participation in its 2026 employee capital increase program, ACR 2026. The subscription period, which ran from June 24 to July 8, 2026, attracted over 53,000 employees and former employees, both in France and internationally.

The number of subscription requests surpassed the 32 million shares allocated by the Board of Directors. Consequently, the highest orders had to be capped to adhere to the offer's limit. The investment formula included a 20% discount on the share price, calculated based on the average opening price between May 26 and June 22, 2026.

The issuance and delivery of the new shares are scheduled for August 27, 2026. The ACR 2026 will be complemented by a share buyback program, subject to European Central Bank approval, aimed at offsetting any dilutive effects.

These employee-reserved capital increases are part of Crédit Agricole's ongoing policy to align employee interests with the company's financial performance and foster a sense of ownership and shared success.
