Crédit Agricole invests nearly 500 Million Euros in AI Transformation
Crédit Agricole S.A. announced a nearly €500 million investment over three years to accelerate its AI strategy, including the development of industrial AI platforms and promotion of European solutions.

Crédit Agricole S.A. is set to invest nearly €500 million over a three-year period, from 2026 to 2028, to enhance its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. The investment aims to accelerate the development and deployment of AI across the group.
A new Group "AI company" will be established to handle the development and operation of industrial AI platforms. This entity is also tasked with promoting the use of European AI solutions within the organization.
Furthermore, Crédit Agricole is launching an "AI For All" transformation program. This initiative is designed to involve all teams in the AI transition, aiming to foster a broader understanding and application of AI technologies throughout the company.
The company views AI as a crucial element for its strategic evolution, seeking to bolster its competitive edge and improve customer service through AI advancements.
