Crédit Agricole Toulouse 31 supports youth projects

Crédit Agricole Toulouse 31 is supporting young people in the Haute-Garonne region to realize their projects through its corporate foundation. Since its creation in 2006, the foundation has backed over 200 initiatives, with a significant portion dedicated to 'Passion' projects for young individuals. These projects span humanitarian and social causes, heritage preservation, cultural endeavors, scientific exploration, and sports.

Among the recent beneficiaries are swimmers Lauriane Haag and Nicolas d’Oriano, who are training for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. The foundation has also previously supported diverse projects such as wildlife protection in Bolivia, promoting green energy via an electric tuk-tuk journey across Asia and Europe, organizing African dance workshops in Toulouse, supporting equestrian competitions, and enabling participation in world championships for twirling.

The 'Passion' project initiative is open to residents of Haute-Garonne aged between 16 and 30. Financial assistance can reach up to €4,500 per project. The foundation's committee convenes three times annually to review applications. The deadline for submissions for the next committee meeting was October 15, 2015.

Crédit Agricole Toulouse 31 is preparing to celebrate the foundation's 10th anniversary. In 2014, the foundation supported 33 projects, including 12 'Passion' projects for young people. The bank emphasizes its commitment to youth initiatives as part of its distinct banking approach.
