Crédit Lyonnais to Hire 150 Commercial Advisors for Professional Clients

Crédit Lyonnais announced plans to hire 150 commercial advisors by the end of 2005 to serve its professional clients, including artisans, merchants, small businesses, and liberal professions. Of these new hires, around 50 recent graduates with a bachelor's or master's degree will join a dedicated "nursery" program under permanent contracts.

The year-long program is designed to integrate and professionalize these new employees through a mix of theoretical training, commercial simulations, and knowledge validation tests. Upon completion, participants will be qualified to take on roles as Professional Advisors within bank branches or business centers.

The first cohort of the "nursery" program is set to begin in June 2005, with four groups planned for the year. To aid in recruitment, Crédit Lyonnais is hosting an online chat event on June 6th at 6:00 PM on www.creditlyonnais.com, connecting senior professional advisors with potential candidates.

With a current base of 310,000 professional clients, this initiative aims to support the bank's growth in this market segment. Crédit Lyonnais also plans to recruit a total of 1,200 new employees in 2005.
