Initially founded in 2016 by Cason Knight, i-Solids faced significant hurdles before partnering with Creality. These included inconsistent print reliability, high waste rates, complex operational workflows, and concerns about long-term return on investment (ROI). The company required machines offering durability, readily available parts, and support, capable of printing diverse materials with precision.

Creality's solution, particularly the K2 plus model, provided a balance of performance, affordability, and support. The printers' ease of use has reduced onboarding time for new technicians and minimized errors. The capability to print with robust materials like ABS and polycarbonates in large volumes without sacrificing precision allows for the production of demanding aerospace and medical parts.

The adoption of Creality technology has boosted i-Solids' production throughput by 40%. Print speed has increased by 25–30% without compromising quality, while a 98% yield rate and 95% machine uptime have significantly improved operational efficiency. The company now plans a substantial expansion of its printer fleet in the coming months.
