Creality K3 3D Printer to Launch in October Under $900
Shenzhen Creality 3D Technology Co., Ltd. announced its upcoming K3 3D printer, set for pre-order in mid-October. The device supports multi-color, multi-material printing with automated nozzle changes.

Shenzhen Creality 3D Technology Co., Ltd. will release its new flagship K3 3D printer in mid-October, with pre-orders opening later in the month. The machine is engineered for efficient multi-color and multi-material printing.
The K3 features an automated nozzle-changing system, capable of swapping nozzles in 4.8 seconds and completing color or material changes in 15 seconds. Creality states print quality remains unaffected, with accuracy deviations on the XYZ axes kept under 25 micrometers after extensive testing.
This printer supports the use of various materials, including PLA, PETG, and TPU, within a single print job. The base model includes four nozzles and spool slots for four-color printing, with options for expanding color capabilities through CMYK layering or external filament systems.
The K3 is expected to launch with a price point below $900. The printer runs on Klipper-based firmware, which will be released in phases, and offers root access for advanced users. Compatibility with Creality Print 7.0+ and OrcaSlicer has also been confirmed.
