Create & Cultivate Event Draws Criticism From Attendees
The Create & Cultivate entrepreneurship event attracted over 4,000 attendees, but some participants have voiced criticism on social media regarding issues like food availability and seating.

The Create & Cultivate brand's annual entrepreneurship event, held in Los Angeles and drawing over 4,000 attendees, has faced criticism from participants on social media. The event is positioned as the world's largest festival for women in business.
Following the event, several attendees, including female founders and creators, have shared their experiences online. Feedback has highlighted issues such as a lack of sufficient food and seating, long queues, and discrepancies with promised VIP benefits.
Mackenzie Dudzik, a content creator and founder of Social by Mack, described the event as having "Fyre Festival"-like issues, though she considered the comparison exaggerated. She confirmed that significant infrastructure problems impacted aspects of the event.
Dudzik stated that the event appeared to prioritize profit and social media visibility over attendee experience. She noted that her ticket, priced at over $400 and advertised as including lunch, did not fulfill that promise.
