The company announced an expansion of its capacity to handle manufacturing with precise tolerances, down to 0.001 inches.
The company offers three-, four-, and five-axis CNC machining, alongside complementary processes such as electrical discharge machining (EDM), laser cutting, and welding. Creatingtec aims for rapid order fulfillment, typically completing orders within 3 to 7 days depending on quantity, and states it responds to inquiries within eight hours and provides quotes within 24 hours.
Services also include project management, prototype development, and quality control. Creatingtec provides clients with Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) and Production for Manufacturability and Assembly (PFMA) analysis reports prior to production. The company works with a range of materials, including various stainless steel grades (303, 304, 316) and titanium alloys.
