By targeting T-cell engineering directly within the body, the in vivo approach presents new logistical and technical challenges compared to traditional ex vivo methods. Creative Biogene’s service addresses these through specialized envelope engineering and delivery strategies, intended to improve vector specificity and transduction efficiency.
Following the design phase, the company conducts preclinical evaluations—including CAR-T cell activation, expansion, and safety profiling—to meet regulatory standards.
