Creative5 and Sateliot Collaborate on Satellite IoT Field Testing
Creative5 and Sateliot are launching a joint initiative to test satellite-based IoT connectivity at the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona.

Creative5 and Sateliot have announced a collaboration aimed at advancing satellite-based IoT applications. By integrating Creative5’s HESTIA Plus hardware with Sateliot’s 3GPP-compliant NB-IoT non-terrestrial network (NTN), the companies intend to provide connectivity solutions for enterprises operating in areas beyond traditional cellular coverage.
Target industries for the initiative include agriculture, environmental monitoring, and utility infrastructure management. The partnership aims to provide a structured framework for clients to define specific use cases, conduct technical reviews, and execute field evaluations based on predefined success metrics.
Jennifer Chang, CMO of Creative5, stated that the initiative is designed to help customers gain clarity on how satellite connectivity can support remote operations. Sateliot Chief Business Officer Gianluca Redolfi added that the collaboration utilizes standard cellular protocols to facilitate scalable deployments.
The companies are exhibiting their integrated hardware and network solutions at the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona, which runs from November 3 to 5, 2026.
