Credit Agricole Bank Polska Releases Documentary on Plastic Waste

Credit Agricole Bank Polska has released a documentary film titled "You have an impact" as part of its #LessPlastic campaign. The film aims to raise awareness about the growing threat of plastic waste to the planet and emphasizes the role individuals can play in finding solutions.

The documentary features Polish journalist Jarosław Kuźniar interviewing experts, artists, and enthusiasts. They discuss the indispensability of plastic in many aspects of life while also highlighting the uncontrolled consumption of disposable products. The film points out that millions of tons of packaging waste are generated annually in Poland, with a significant portion ending up in landfills or polluting natural environments, particularly the oceans.

"You have an impact" showcases how individual actions, when aggregated, can lead to significant change. The creators offer practical advice for reducing plastic consumption, such as buying only what is necessary, opting for reusable items over single-use products, and practicing proper waste segregation. The film garnered over 380,000 views on its first day.
