Credit Suisse High Yield Credit Fund to Change Name to UBS
Credit Suisse High Yield Credit Fund announced Tuesday it will change its name to UBS Asset Management High Yield Credit Fund. The change is effective around September 4, 2026.

Credit Suisse High Yield Credit Fund announced Tuesday that its Board of Trustees has approved a name change to UBS Asset Management High Yield Credit Fund. The change is scheduled to take effect on or about September 4, 2026.
Shareholder approval is not required for the name change, and the Fund's investment objective and strategies will remain unaltered. The Fund will continue trading on the NYSE American LLC under the ticker symbol "DHY" after the transition.
The Fund's investment adviser, UBS Asset Management (Americas) LLC, is part of the asset management business of UBS Group AG, a global financial services firm headquartered in Zurich.
This rebranding follows the integration of Credit Suisse into UBS and aims to align the fund's identity with its parent company's broader asset management portfolio in a competitive financial market.
