CRIF acquires Tinexta's credit information and management division
CRIF has signed an agreement to acquire the credit information and management division of Italian company Tinexta, comprising Innolva and ReValuta. The total enterprise value for the division is €237.5 million.
CRIF GmbH, a global player in credit information systems, analytics, and digital solutions, announced on May 30, 2022, that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the credit information and management division of Tinexta S.p.A. The transaction includes Tinexta's stakes in Innolva S.p.A. and ReValuta S.p.A.
Innolva provides decision-support services, including Chamber of Commerce and real estate information, as well as credit assessment and recovery solutions. ReValuta specializes in real estate appraisal and evaluation services. The total enterprise value for the acquired division has been set at €237.5 million. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
CRIF states that this acquisition is part of a multi-year investment program aimed at expanding its partner ecosystem. The company seeks to provide the market with more in-depth information and high-performance solutions. CRIF has a history of growth through acquisitions, having completed numerous deals in Italy and globally to strengthen its position in the credit information and credit management services sector.
