CRIF Integrates GenAI Assistant and Decision Engine
CRIF GmbH has launched its StrategyOne platform, integrating generative AI and an AI assistant to allow business users to create and manage credit decision strategies without coding.

CRIF GmbH has introduced StrategyOne, a decision management platform that combines generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) with an AI assistant. The platform enables business users to create, test, and monitor decision strategies and scorecards without requiring any coding.
The StrategyOne platform aims to redefine credit decisioning across industries by offering no-code simplicity, an AI assistant trained on real-world credit expertise that functions akin to a senior analyst, and built-in governance. Business teams can design, optimize, and execute credit strategies covering the entire credit lifecycle, from origination to debt collection.
Integrated AI agents are designed to translate expert intent into validated, ready-to-execute strategies. This process is intended to accelerate onboarding, reduce reliance on IT departments, and maintain human oversight. The platform also includes simulation features, such as what-if analysis and champion–challenger testing, to ensure strategies are optimized before going live.
CRIF states that StrategyOne delivers speed, precision, and governance, ensuring faster action and regulatory compliance. The platform is reportedly used by hundreds of organizations in over twenty countries, processing millions of decisions daily. The company believes the integration of AI and expertise provides a competitive advantage in credit risk management.
