CRIF releases updated versions of Clever system with new interfaces and architecture
CRIF GmbH has released updates to its Clever debt collection management system, including Clever Next 1.0 featuring refreshed web interfaces and an updated architecture.

CRIF GmbH, an international company specializing in credit information and business information services, has announced new versions of its Clever debt collection management solution. The most significant release is Clever Next 1.0.0, which introduces refreshed web interfaces and a migration to the new CFF framework.
The new web interfaces are designed to be responsive across desktop and tablet screens and include a new Dashboard. This Dashboard provides graphs and key indicators to facilitate collection monitoring and performance analysis.
The migration of Clever Next to the CFF framework allows for the benefits of a modern microservices architecture, such as higher performance and scalability. Additionally, the system utilizes a new batch framework using Spring Cloud Data Flow, improving monitoring and reducing troubleshooting time.
CRIF also released updates for previous Clever versions. Clever 3 received improvements to its Manual Campaign features, and Clever 2 added an Evaluation Grid feature to assist operators in scoring collection cases.
The company states that these updates aim to keep the solution aligned with global technology trends and bring new features to market.
