Critical Metals Corp has formed an Advisory Board composed of seasoned professionals in international mining and investments. The board will advise on the development of the company's critical minerals projects.

Critical Metals Corp announced the formation of an Advisory Board to guide its executive management and board of directors as the company advances its portfolio of critical minerals projects. The new board includes Christian Aramayo and Mathew August, bringing extensive experience in mining and finance.
The company is currently developing projects such as the Tanbreez rare earth project in Greenland and the Wolfsberg lithium project in Europe. The Advisory Board is expected to provide strategic counsel to enhance the progression of these initiatives and support the company's expansion.
Christian Aramayo brings over two decades of experience in international mining and corporate finance. He has previously contributed to operations and project development for major mining companies, including Barrick and Kinross Gold Corporation, and currently serves as COO and Co-Founder of Kuya Silver.
Mathew August offers more than 15 years of expertise in long-term investing and business growth across the defense, technology, and natural resources sectors. He is currently the Executive Chairman of Atlas Capital Partners. Both new members are anticipated to contribute valuable insights to Critical Metals Corp during its development phase.
