Critical Metals Corp Posts S-K 1300 Report for Tanbreez Rare Earth Project

Critical Metals Corp has filed its initial S-K 1300 technical report summary for the Tanbreez Project in Greenland. The project is associated with 4.7 billion metric tons of kakortokite, which serves as the host rock for the mineral deposit.

The report's maiden mineral resource estimate indicates that Tanbreez contains over 45 million metric tons of material with an average grade of 0.4% Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO). Approximately 27% of this resource comprises heavy rare earth elements. The company characterizes the deposit as the world's largest published rare earth hard rock deposit.

Critical Metals Corp states that the report's release marks a significant milestone and is expected to accelerate the development strategy for the project. The findings are intended to validate the asset's potential and support discussions with strategic partners and government bodies aiming to secure Western supply chains for critical materials.

The company plans to commence its next phase of verification work in the second quarter of 2025. This phase will include further drilling and an Independent Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA), with the goal of completing a definitive feasibility study by the end of 2025.
