Crunch Fitness has relocated its Vancouver Plaza gym to a new, 40,000-square-foot facility at 7800 NE Fourth Plain Blvd. in Vancouver, Washington. Fitness Ventures LLC, the largest Crunch Fitness franchisee in the U.S., invested $5 million to convert the former AMC movie theater into the new club.
The Crunch 3.0 club officially opened on September 28, situated adjacent to the original location within the same plaza. The transformation from a movie theater to a fitness center was completed in a few months, with members able to continue their workouts at the former gym during the construction period.
The new facility features an expanded range of equipment, including Hammer Strength and premium cardio and strength training machines, alongside Olympic lifting platforms and a functional HIITZone™ training area. It also offers a group fitness studio, personal training services, HydroMassage, tanning, and Kids Crunch childcare.
Fitness Ventures, which acquired the original Crunch Vancouver Plaza in 2025, has been expanding its footprint. The company currently operates 124 Crunch locations across 30 states and aims to reach over 130 locations by the end of the year.
