Cubeia to Introduce Agent-Operable iGaming Platform at ICE 2027

Swedish software provider Cubeia has announced the launch of its agent-operable iGaming platform, scheduled for display at the upcoming ICE 2027 trade show in Barcelona. The system is designed to allow gambling operators to integrate AI agents directly into their backend workflows, moving beyond simple information retrieval.

Unlike standard AI tools limited to text generation, Cubeia’s platform provides a bridge between AI models—such as ChatGPT or Claude—and internal operational systems. The platform allows agents to perform multi-step tasks, such as cross-referencing player data, payment records, and support histories, to execute complex administrative workflows.

According to Cubeia COO Stefan Grenstad, the goal is to shift from static prompts to functional AI workflows. "The MCP was the first step; Agent Operable moves the concept from beyond the prompt field and into the realm of genuine AI workflows," Grenstad stated.

To address industry concerns regarding security and oversight, Cubeia has implemented a permission-based architecture. Operators maintain control over what systems an agent can access and which actions require human authorization. The platform logs all agent activity, providing an audit trail for teams to review and refine processes, ensuring that automated tasks remain under supervision.
