The relocation keeps Curaleaf's dispensary footprint in Pennsylvania at 18 locations and its nationwide total at 189 stores. Situated on North George Street, the York location offers convenient access to Interstate 83 and U.S. Route 30, serving patients in York and surrounding communities.
The city of York has approximately 45,000 residents, with its wider metropolitan area encompassing over 456,000 people. Curaleaf York will provide a range of the company's brands, including Grassroots, FIND, Select, JAMS, and Dark Heart, as well as the new Select Briq 2 vape product.
Boris Jordan, Chairman and CEO of Curaleaf, stated that the move reflects the company's commitment to serving patients. The dispensary had a soft opening on October 15, followed by a grand opening event on October 23 featuring various activities and promotions.
