Curriculum Associates Selects 15 School Leaders for Leadership Collaborative Program
Curriculum Associates has selected 15 school leaders from across the U.S. for its 2027 Extraordinary Educators Leadership Collaborative program. The initiative supports the professional growth of school leaders.

Curriculum Associates announced its 2027 cohort for the Extraordinary Educators Leadership Collaborative (EELC), a national program now in its fourth year. The program aims to support the professional development of school leaders. The 2027 class includes 15 principals and school leaders from 12 states.
Throughout the program, selected leaders will engage in professional learning designed to strengthen their leadership and instructional practices. They will have opportunities to connect with peers and share strategies for fostering school communities where educators are supported and students can thrive. Selections are based on demonstrated student growth and achievement, schoolwide innovation, commitment to high standards, and focus on positive outcomes for all students.
Kelly Sia, CEO of Curriculum Associates, highlighted that these leaders are already making a significant impact in their school communities by improving school culture, empowering teachers, and utilizing data to enhance instruction and close learning gaps. "We are proud to bring together this thoughtful and ambitious group of leaders so they can learn from one another, we can learn from them, and they can extend their impact on educators and students," Sia stated.
The collaborative seeks to build a community where school leaders can learn from each other while refining practices that support their educators and students. The professional development covers areas such as school culture, data-informed instruction, learning partnerships, educator wellness, and celebrating student and teacher success. The chosen leaders represent schools in 12 different states across the U.S.
